Business Analyst
Experience
- At least 1 – 3 years of experience related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field from a recognized institution.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English, both in spoken and written communication, to interact confidently and effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency or knowledge in programming languages and SQL scripting is a plus.
- Open-mindedness, strong communication abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Job scope & Responsibilities
- Clarify, update, and improve business processes.
- Understand and communicate the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Gather information from various sources, evaluate it, reconcile conflicts, disseminate high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests.
- Interpret the business needs of customers and translate them into functional specifications.
- Present proposed solutions to clients, conduct demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value and functionalities of the proposed technology solutions.
- Liaise between technology teams, support teams, business units, and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
